Frosty Christmas Morning

Yesterday morning we woke up to a frosty morning. We went over to our local park/duck pond, Dawson Creek, and walked around.

Oregon Grape

Mallards, Buffleheads, Wigeons, and Ring-necked Ducks decorated the ponds.

The last time I visited Dawson Creek, I was enamoured with the acorns. Now the ground is littered with oak leaves and they were covered in sparkly frost.

  2. The heron looks frozen stiff, just like everything else shown here. Lovely photos.

  4. ...beautiful. I really liked the frosty oak leaves and the 2nd shot of the Oregon Grape. I don't see frosty leaves in Cincy too often, and I really like them.
