A Whole Lotta Bakin' Goin' On

I've been on a baking spree. I visited Bob's Red Mill retail store on Monday and got all kinds of good ingredients.

Oatmeal Bread from Laurel's Kitchen Bread Book. I really like this recipe and have made it a couple of times now.

Vegan Nut Loaf in my *new* stainless steel loaf pan...no more of those bad-for-you-non-stick ones. Here is a link to the Nut Loaf Recipe Generator I used. My recipe contained Quinoa, Nuts, and Mixed Beans for the main ingredients.

And finally Irish Soda Bread with caraway seeds and currants!! This loaf came out quite good if I do say so myself.

Have you been baking lately? Or cooking new things?
