Karen's Garden

I visited my friend Karen yesterday morning. As I waited at the door, I heard a familiar chirping. I looked up to see a couple of birds flitting around and then this!! Bushtits! After we had breakfast, I took a bunch of photos of the busy pair. They really liked the liner on the hanging basket and were plucking pieces for their nest building. Here you can see one going in to add the material: Lots of pretty flowers are in bloom in her garden. Hellebores, Wallflower and a Mason bee on a Daffodil. This cute neighbor kitty was hanging around. He better leave the Bushtits alone!!
