Seashore Treasures

As promised, here are some photos of the seaglass and some stones I brought home with me. Amber, green, and clear are the most common colors. Cobalt is more uncommon and most of the pieces were very little. The white stones in the top middle row were just unique. I wonder if the one on the right in the box is pottery. It looks more like a shard. I wet the two stones in the middle and lower right so you can see the colors.



I found two pottery shards as well:



This stone looks like it has leaf veining on it:



That ends my showing of collected items. Here are some photos of the other treasures on the beach.

















Half of the pair on the right was the size of my pinky fingernail to give you some idea of the size of these tiny shells:


The seaweed diversity was great. This one is still attached to a rock:




Looks like the ocean tied this one with a bow:














Next stop: Shorebirds and cider tasting.
