Snow in March

Yesterday morning the garden looked like this. It didn't last for long though.

The other day I made No Knead Bread. You bake it in a cast iron pot in the oven. The whole process takes about 24 hours, so you have to plan ahead. It's easy, but the rising time is long. You end up with a very flavorful bread with a tough crust and light and airy center, just like a bakery loaf. I might modify the oven temp next time since mine was a bit dark on the bottom, but otherwise, this recipe is great!

Might I suggest a bowl of this tomato soup with it? I modified the recipe and used one onion and I did add the coconut milk at the end as she suggested. This recipe was so easy to make after work and delicious as leftovers. The crusty bread was good dipped in it! Enjoy!
