Back in the Kitchen

The rainy weather has driven me back to the kitchen.
Homemade hummus with chard.
Trying to creatively use up all the chard that is bolting in the garden.

Making crackers.

These will be good with the hummus.

Chard, mint, and parsley from the garden.

Quinoa tabouli with fresh garden mint and parsley.
 Cook quinoa, cool. Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mint, parsley, scallions, salt and tomatoes.

Garden peas are blooming so it won't be long.

  2. I agree that this all looks yummy! I've been thinking about making my own hummus lately too. The crackers look impressively legit!
