Short Days of Winter

Pretty wet and dark here today. It was hard to even get any photos at Ridgefield. At the end of the route the action picked up a bit, but it was a a grey trip.

Back at home I'm happy the Pineapple Sage is STILL blooming. The light frost we got didn't do it in and the Anna's Hummer is happy about that.

The white cheek patches on the chickadees brightened a dark afternoon. Cute little buggers.
