Early Morning Bird Walk

Hermit Thrush

Golden-crowned Sparrow

White-crowned Sparrow

Orange-crowned Warbler

Black-throated Grey Warbler

It was a five warbler morning at Cooper Mountain. It seemed like they were dripping from the trees.

  1. I was at Smith and Bybee and we must have seen 200+ YRWA in every plumage version. A few OCWA but I"m sure others slipped by me in the high treetops. Nice BTGW shots!

  2. Beautiful photos ! I love hearing the birds as the sun rises and sets , especially when their songs echo through out our valley as well as the peepers in the woods ! Oh how I love nature ! Thanks for sharing. Have a good evening !

  3. I love the Black-throated acrobatics! We found only Yellow-rumps at our Dawson Creek walk today, also in many plumage variations.
