Back to Mt. Adams

 Western Tanager

 Red Crossbill

 Evening Grosbeak

 Black-headed Grosbeak

 Nashville Warbler

Cassin's Finch

 Chipping Sparrow

Dark-eyed Junco

Hermit Thrush

House Wren (agitated by an "owl" hoot)

Golden-mantled Ground Squirrels were out in herds.

Townsend's Chipmunk

We saw over 30 species, although not as birdy as last time. The crossbills weren't present a couple of weeks ago, so that was a nice species to see. Good weather, good food, and good people to spend the day with.
